Facilitators

Daphne Tse
Daphne Tse is an internationally beloved singer-songwriter, voice facilitator, movement guide, and yoga teacher. Her life’s work is devoted to weaving music, meditation, and the healing arts. Originally from Texas, she has been sharing her soulful music and teachings around the world for more than 20 years, with a particularly deep connection to Asia.
Daphne has released several well-received albums blending folk, mantra, and devotional music, including Mata, Arigato (a heartfelt homage to Japan), Finding Water, and SoulSongs. Her music has traveled widely through yoga and spiritual communities, and she has been invited to perform at international festivals such as BaliSpirit Festival (Indonesia), Wonderfruit Festival (Thailand), and Boom Festival (Portugal).
Alongside her music, Daphne has developed her signature SoulSongs approach — guiding people to awaken their authentic voice through song, chanting, and sound meditation. Through dance and movement journeys, she supports others in reconnecting with natural expression, embodiment, and joy.
Her gentle presence and resonant voice have touched many across Japan, Bali, Europe, and the Americas, creating spaces of healing, creativity, and connection.
During this retreat, Daphne will lead movement meditation, SoulSongs, dance, kirtan, and sound healing — inviting you to rediscover the natural power of your voice and the beauty of gathering in community.

Inna Tanaka
YTT-200
Meditation
Flow Tribal certified teacher
Inna is a certified Hatha Yoga (YTT200), meditation, and Flow Tribal instructor. She is also a graduate of Tokyo Stage Arts College, where she trained in performance and integrates expressive movement and embodiment exercises into her dance sessions.
Her passion lies in free-flow dance, yoga, meditation, and sharing practices that encourage others to reconnect with their body and inner rhythm. In morning yoga sessions, she guides dynamic movement to gently awaken the body. In evening practices, she focuses on grounding and deep relaxation.
In her dance classes, Inna emphasizes exploration over performance — creating a space where movement feels natural, playful, and personal. She also performs on stage as a dancer and flow artist, including light and fire performance, and has appeared at large-scale venues in Russia, India, Thailand, and Japan.
Inna is honored to share her love of dance and yoga with you during this retreat and to support your journey with warmth, presence, and joy.

Keigo Tanaka
Ecstatic Dance & Sound Journey
Electronic Music Composer / Producer
Founder of Niceness Music
Keigo is an electronic music composer, plant music researcher, and cymatics visual artist. He is the founder of the ambient music label Niceness Music.
His sound work organically integrates field recordings, natural elements such as water and plant bioelectric signals, and traditional music from various cultures. Drawing inspiration from the frequencies and patterns found in nature, Keigo creates meditative soundscapes ranging from deep ambient textures to dance-driven rhythms that expand perception and awaken sensory presence.
He is known for developing “pulse music,” which converts live bioelectric signals from plants and humans into sound, and for his cymatics visuals, which use vibration to form geometric patterns in water. He has shared live performances, installations, and workshops throughout Japan and internationally.
Keigo has produced influential works including the Light on Yoga Nada series, Soul Songs with Daphne Tse, and The Healing Breath with Akira Watamoto (Japan Yoga Meditation Association).
During this retreat, Keigo will guide sound journeys and ecstatic dance sessions that open new pathways of listening, sensing, and being — inviting you to feel the subtle connection between nature, sound, and your own inner landscape.

Samahita Retreat is located on the southern coast of Koh Samui, a tropical island in the Gulf of Thailand.
Here, the beach remains beautifully untouched, and the land stretches open and quiet — a place where you can truly unplug, slow down, and rest deeply. There is a quiet, gentle magic in the atmosphere.
The word “Samahita” means “centered” or “in balance.”
The retreat center was created with the intention of supporting transformation, offering a space where people can regain vitality while also finding inner calm. Samahita is internationally known for its teachings in yoga, breathwork, meditation, wellness, and mindful fitness.
Set on a peaceful stretch of beach in the south of the island, it provides an ideal environment for retreat — spacious, soothing, and naturally supportive of inner rest and renewal.

Program / Practices
Flow Yoga
Our morning yoga sessions begin with gentle movements to softly awaken the body. Through spacious, unhurried flow, we release tension and invite vital energy to circulate throughout the whole system.
In the evenings, we move into deep relaxation. With calming stretches and quiet breathwork, the body unwinds and the mind settles into rest.
Variations are offered for every posture so that both beginners and experienced practitioners can feel supported and at ease.
Meditation
No previous experience is needed. With a soft guided voice, we simply settle into the present moment and allow the mind to relax.
In the quiet, you may begin to feel a sense of inner peace and spaciousness.
SoulSongs: Voice Activation & Mantra Journey
Through breath, mantra, and heartfelt singing, we awaken the natural voice. Guided by Daphne, we explore gentle vocal practices, call-and-response kirtan, and intuitive vocal journeys — experiencing voice as meditation.
From silence into sound, from thought into the heart. A space to open your true expression.
Dance Work
In this session, we explore the essence of movement — balance, space, rhythm, and shape — playfully and intuitively with Inna.
No dance experience is necessary.
Just bring curiosity and an open heart toward moving freely.
Ecstatic Dance
This is a dance journey led through Keigo Tanaka’s live music set. By moving freely, we release emotional tension, loosen old patterns, and reconnect with our natural flow.
Gentle guidance and suggestions are offered along the way, so beginners feel welcome and supported.
It is a joyful, liberating, and expressive dance experience.
Movement Meditation & Dance Ritual
Through breath, rhythm, and intuitive movement, we move from stillness into embodied expression. Guided by Daphne’s music and facilitation, dance becomes a form of moving meditation — a space to feel the pulse of life and the joy of being in a body.
Cymatics Sound Healing
Keigo Tanaka offers a unique sound healing journey using frequencies and vibrational sound patterns. The experience invites the water within your body to resonate with naturally arising vibrations.
All you need to do is lie down, breathe, and allow the waves of sound to guide you into deep restoration and inner calm.
Yoga Nidra (Deep Rest & Integration)
In this restorative practice, we enter a state of deep relaxation while remaining awake. Guided by Daphne’s gentle voice, we explore sensation, breath, and imagery, returning to a place of inner harmony.
Yoga Nidra is sacred rest — a moment of integration and quiet renewal.
